Simay S is a 26-metre trawler launched in 2015 and based in Fethiye. Her teak and mahogany deck, 6.80-metre beam and substantial outdoor areas create a warm, comfortable setting for private yacht holidays along the Turkish coast. She cruises at approximately 12 knots and can reach 15 knots in suitable conditions.

The accommodation comprises three master cabins and two twin cabins for up to ten guests. Each cabin provides useful storage, a private shower and an electric household-style toilet, making the yacht comfortable for families, couples and mixed groups sharing a longer itinerary.

Inside, the bright lounge includes a bar, dining table, modern seating and a fully equipped galley. Music and satellite TV are available in the lounge and cabins. An ice maker, coffee machine, wine cooler and 24-hour air conditioning support an easygoing experience throughout the day and night.

Time at anchor can be as active or as quiet as the group prefers. A canoe, ringo, paddle board, water skis and SeaBob are available alongside snorkelling equipment and fishing tackle. The 50 HP tender supports water-sports sessions and practical transfers when conditions permit.

The four-person crew consists of a captain, chef and two deckhands. They manage navigation, meals, service and daily yacht care, leaving guests free to enjoy the route from the first swim of the morning to dinner beneath the stars.

Food and Beverage Planning

Food, beverages and everyday galley supplies are planned separately from the charter rate. The provisioning method can be arranged around the group’s preferences, dietary requirements and chosen menu style.

Option one: A shopping list is prepared before the charter. The provisioning can be organised on your behalf and delivered to the yacht before embarkation.

Option two: You may purchase the provisions directly and arrange delivery to the yacht.

Option three: A per-person menu package may be selected for a simpler, pre-arranged experience. Alcoholic beverages are generally excluded unless confirmed otherwise.

In every option, the chef prepares the agreed meals and the crew manages table service. Crew provisions should also be included when the final plan is prepared.
